About Us
What is the APATC?
The Association of Professional Accounting & Tax Consultants Inc., or APATC for short, is a not-for-profit Canadian association representing professional practitioners in accounting, bookkeeping and tax. Members are primarily self-employed taxation, accounting and bookkeeping firms.
Founded in 1981, members of the Association of Professional Accounting & Tax Consultants span Canada, from British Columbia to Nova Scotia – and every Province in between. In the fall of 2012 APA&TC will celebrate its’ 30th anniversary as a federally incorporated not-for-profit association, benefiting all members – coast to coast.
Our goal is simple – to provide support to our members by promoting professionalism, continuing education and greater recognition.
