As a result of membership in the APA&TC, the Association gathers personal and business practice information on its members and we compile confidential information. We believe that it is important that you know how we treat the information that we have in our records.
- We will use this information for the purposes of conducting the Association’s business only.
- We may use information such as a telephone number, email address or mailing address if we need to contact you directly concerning the work of the Association, or concerning matters that we feel would be of interest to you.
- We do not provide your personal information to third parties for any commercial or other reason what-so-ever, except as required to do so by law.
- We will retain and securely store all information used in connection with your membership in APA&TC for a period as required by legislation. Thereafter, all records will be shredded (or disposed of) in a secure and confidential manner.
